As Vaillant MasterTec Installers, we are able to offer the maximum length guarantees on new Vaillant Boilers. This means you can have peace of mind for up to 10 years, including parts and labour when fitted with a Vaillant boiler protection kit.

BOILER SYSTEM TYPES
A variety of boiler options are at your disposal, each tailored to suit specific household requirements. It’s important to assess your needs, such as the size of your home and hot water demands, to determine the most suitable boiler type for you.
It may even be possible for us to upgrade the system type on your property to allow for greater hot water demands or save space by removing any old hot water storage tanks which you may no longer need.

Combi boilers
Combi boilers are a highly efficient option for most or if not all homes, they provide hot water on demand without the need for a separate cylinder, reducing energy consumption by heating water directly from the mains when needed. Generally a Combi boiler is more cost effective to run and maintain.
SYSTEM boilers
System boilers are perfect for homes with multiple bathrooms, as they can supply high pressure hot water to several taps simultaneously. Hot water is stored in an unvented cylinder, ready for use when needed. Unlike regular boilers, a cold water storage tank in the loft is not required, saving you space.
Regular boilers
Regular boilers use a hot water cylinder and a cold water storage tank, typically located in the loft. Regular systems are a straightforward choice when replacing an old boiler with the existing infrastructure. Hot water can be used in multiple rooms simultaneosly due to the use of storage tanks.

STEP 2 - CHOOSE A DATE
Let us know a convenient date for us to carry out your installation. Please be aware that installation will take up to a full working day. You will need to be available at the start and end of the install so we can talk you through the process and handover.
STEP 3 - pay a deposit
After accepting the quote for your new boiler, we will request a deposit if you are buying the boiler outright. This will be deducted from your final balance after the installation has been completed. If you are paying with a finance option, deposit may vary.
STEP 4 - installationWe will install your new boiler
One of our expert engineers will arrive on your chosen date to install your boiler and any chosen accessories. Once the boiler is up and running, we will talk you through how to operate the boiler and controls. We will also help you to register your boiler’s warranty/guarantee.
STEP 5 - Final paymentPay your outstanding balance
Payment options include: credit or debit card, bank transfer, cash or you can select one of our finance options to spread the cost.
