What it includes?

ANNUAL SERVICE

Flue gas analysis is carried out.

Expansion vessel pressure check.

Electrical connection check.

Fan pressure check.

Ignition probe test – (exchanged if degraded)

Main heat exchanger clean and new seals fitted (if required)

Gas pressure test.

Condensate trap clean.

System PH test – re inhibit (if required)

System filter is cleaned.

Visual inspection of the unit to look for signs of damage, distress, or corrosion.

Test the control and safety devices to see if they are fully and correctly operating.

Check on the heating system to ensure all in good working condition.
