- Boiler repairs and breakdowns, includes everything contained within the boiler case only.
- Boiler replacement cover, up to £400 if less than 5 years old and deemed beyond economical repair.

- Priority customer with unlimited breakdown.

Yes. Regular servicing is typically required to keep the boiler cover valid. Lack of proper maintenance can lead to denial of a claim.
There is a 14 day exclusion period on any callouts after your care plan has been set up initially. Any repairs required during this exclusion period will be charged at North Somerset Heating standard rates.
Before your current agreement ends we will write to you to inform you of any price changes or changes to the terms of conditions included within our plans. If no changes are necessary your contract will renew automatically.
Yes, in most cases. We can provide boiler cover for older systems, provided they’re in good condition. Each boiler is assessed before cover is offered to ensure it meets our safety and service standards.
